Last year 10,000 residents of the Greenpoint and Williamsburg communities signed postcards stating their opposition to the proposed TGE power plant. The postcards were inevitably presented to Governor Pataki. Williamsburg resident and Task Force member Rolf Carl photographed many of these people.
